Alastair smirked to himself while he walked continuously around the museums exhibits. It was quite a dreary place after you'd been there 3047 times, and he knew it must be getting boring if he'd actually counted it. He decided to keep going anyway though, as it provided an interesting venue to look for snacks. It still held some interest at least... For now. He found much more delight in seeing people walk past however, but so far had little prospects for today. His hope began to sink when his nose picked up a new scent... It was mingled in too well with the smell of human though, either it was in a crowd, had blood of an extremely high quality, or it was a creature only recently created.

Alastair smirked to himself. The game was on.

Thomas found himself taking a gander at some of the artefacts on display at the museum. He loved History, especially Ancient History, and it was probably one of the reasons why he would always be bullied... He knew far too much academically. He shrugged to himself, it wasn't like he could do anything about it after all. Well... Maybe he could now, but for now, that wasn't something to think about.

Deciding to look at the displays more, he headed over towards the Egyptian section, only looking at the Ankh's and some information on the Egyptian Pantheon before feeling a chill run up his spine. Was he being watched? Thomas knew those chills only appeared when something bad was going to happen, so started moving towards the exit. He could run to the Castle if he needed to. He just had to get there quick.

Alastair continued to prowl the museum, searching for the scents origin. He caught it again after a few moments, and followed its trail towards the exit, speeding up slightly. He would catch this prey, he was not one to let them escape. Alastair knew he couldn't be that far away, so stuck closer to the shadows that were quickly deepening. He didn't want to alert his prey too soon.

He caught the sight of a boy walking out and he began to feel certain that that boy was to be his snack. The vampire smirked to himself, carefully stalking the boy. It would be such an easy hunt by the looks of things, yet from his scent... It would definitely be a good reward.

Thomas kept walking speedily towards the Wereleopards castle, he had a feeling he had better get there quick, and he'd need the protection it offered. He looked around, trying to be as hasty as he could while still being careful. He couldn't shake the feeling of something following him, and he was paranoid about any hostile encounter, both before and after his turning. He wished he hadn't ventured out so far now, but knew there was no use in fretting over things he couldn't change, instead resolving himself to speed up further without drawing attention to himself.

Turning back for a moment, he swore he saw someone who he had vaguely noticed from the museum, but ignored it and kept walking. Only a few more minutes now, as long as he could keep himself calm.

Alastair smirked. Okay, so he'd been caught. But now from the smell of fear he was fairly certain that this would be the one he was after, it mingled perfectly with the delicious scent he had smelt earlier and indeed, the two were now intertwined. He kept following, beginning to speed up, if the boy entered the Wereleopard territory he wouldn't be able to enter, and he refused to allow his quarry to get away. He was hungry for blood now, and this boys blood he would get. Deciding to try and spook him further, he sped up, making it much more obvious he was dogging the boys steps. Hopefully it would spark the male into action, and then Alastair could strike.

Thomas kept walking, gathering more and more speed and momentum as he went. His heart was pounding now, and he was starting to feel a little dizzy too. He turned round corners as quick he could, as he'd looked back and noticed someone continued to dog his steps. Thomas turned around another corner and caught himself on something, which sent him rolling across the ground for a moment. "Damn..." he muttered to himself, trying to pick himself up quickly, he'd lost time though, and suddenly felt something grab him from behind. He didn't know how to use his leopard form well yet, and his transformations were slightly sporadic. "W-What do you want?" he asked his hidden assailant.

Alastair kept the smirk plastered to his face in chaotic glee, turning around a few corners quick enough to find his prey on the floor and only just beginning to pick itself up. Alastair lunged forward and grabbed him by the back, pulling him close enough to stop any struggling the boy may attempt. "Have a guess boy. In fact, I'll just tell you. I'm just here to drain you a little of life's precious liquid... I probably won't kill you though." he chuckled darkly, savouring the smell of his prey for a few more moments. Alastair was in no rush after all.

Thomas felt himself being pulled towards whoever this person was and started flailing limbs randomly in some attempt to break free from whoever this was, however they held him in an iron grip, and Thomas had no chance of escaping. "Wh- Blood? You're a vampire?" He asked in shock. " Why can't you go find s-some other person to kill? Please... I'm begging you..." he whimpered. This was like when he was bullied at school, only in this situation he had a much higher chance of dying because of it. His heart was in his throat and the fear almost had Thomas vomiting. "Please..." he begged again.

Moira hissed as she let the corpse of a woman fall. She didt need to wipe her mouth, not a drop had been spillt, she was skilled.
After almost 600 years of practice it was a given.
Then she smelled and heard others.
A vampire...and another species..not human..both male..one was..frightened..and young...
Her incredibly annoying mother instinct kicked in and she almost flew to the scene.
Her long black dress was victorian but her long and slightly dyed light blue hair gave her a modern edge, as did her stilletto heels.

She crossed her arms and her red eyes flashed playfully,
"What do we have here?" she asked feeling her fangs grow.
"A vampire, I presume...and..what are you..." she bent towards the boy.
"Well in all my six hundred years...what are you indeed..." she pondered.
She was one of the ancients, one of the earliest vampires, and with such had certain characteristics and had lived more lifetimes than she probably deserved.

Thomas was still frozen to the spot, not having a clue on what to do. He wouldn't be able to run, he certainly wouldn't be able to fight, so he supposed all that was left to do was die. He smiled wryly to himself... He supposed it wasn't too much of a surprise in the end. He saw another vampire appear. A woman this time. It didn't matter though, seeing as either way, he'd probably be gone in less than an hour. It was just a matter of waiting for it to hurry up and come.
