History: Elliot was born and raised in Chicago, the northern upper east part of town. His parents were one of the few angel-demon couples that survived the raids before he was born. His sister, an angel was a miracle as was he. Originally conjoined at the arm. He separated however when he turned into a demon form the first time as he turned to mist. The mist burned his sisters arm however and the burn still remained.

They were best friends, he and his sister. Neither minded what anyone said about the other races. Their war was against the hunters, personally.
